This Halloween cake was for a little girl who is a bit scared of the scary side of Halloween. The cake inside is vanilla sponge but it's coloured bright green to keep with the Halloween theme.

Superhero Cake

Henry wanted  a Superhero party for his fourth birthday and his Mum wanted a generic cake that reflected the Superhero theme rather than choosing one specifically. They wanted to use blue, red and yellow and this is what we came up with.

Inside is every kids favourite, chocolate sponge with yummy chocolate buttercream!!

Happy 6th Birthday Lucy

Lucy's Mum wanted a cake based on my blue flower garden cake but she wanted to use Lucy's favourite colours of orange, pink and yellow. The cake is chocolate sponge filled with real chocolate buttercream and coated in the same. Lucy was one happy birthday girl!

Happy Teachers Day

A little while ago we made a Teachers Day cake for a local preschool. The cake is chocolate sponge and is filled and covered in buttercream. The decoration is all piped buttercream. The balloons have each teachers name written on them in edible felt pen.

Flower Garden

Yesterday's cake was a flower garden. The base layer is lemon cake and the top is vanilla sponge. Both are filled and coated with vanilla buttercream and then covered with coloured fondant. The result is a beautiful, brightly coloured cake that will be a delight to any girl, young or old!
